"Desktop Bar hidden when using non-linear virtual desktop arrangements" is better, and would likely bring more visibility and votes. Reminder that https://invent.kde.org/plasma/kwin/-/merge_requests/5330 is the fix. Is there a process to properly and politely pinging the developers for stuff like this?
