SUMMARY
When updating to plasma 6.1.3, all icons suddenly became blurry. The
attachments showcase it using the system tray, but it can be seen all
throughout the system. I am using fractional scaling, but it still occurs under
integer scaling and no scaling. It doesn't seem to be a breeze issue, I've
tried other themes. Launching plasmashell with
QT_SCALE_FACTOR_ROUNDING_POLICY=RoundPreferFloor improves it, but it's still
not as sharp as it used to be. Text seems unaffected.
