SUMMARY
When switching apps with Alt-Tab or Alt-Shift-Tab, those same input events are
also sent to the application that was most recently focused. This doesn't seem
to happen with all apps, but it happens every time with at least with Chrome
(127.0.6533.72).
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Chrome on any website with a bunch of links (e.g.,
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Main_Page)
2. Hold down Alt and tap Tab to bring up the application switcher (while still
keeping Alt pressed).
3. While holding down Alt, press Tab and Shift-Tab a few times.
OBSERVED RESULT
The focused link in Chrome updates at the same time as the application switcher
changes between windows.
EXPECTED RESULT
Chrome shouldn't receive any of the Alt-Tab events.
