The bug: visual artifacts on the panel

SUMMARY
On my 2256x1504 display, choosing a non-floating panel causes the transparency
effect of the panel to slightly break by having a strange visual artifact
visible on it.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Switch panel from floating mode to non-floating via the Panel Configuration
2. Reboot computer
3. Observe artifact

OBSERVED RESULT
There is a visual artifact on the panel as pictured in the linked image

EXPECTED RESULT
The panel looks more like the second screenshot, where the transparency looks
clear and correct

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System: openSUSE Tumbleweed 20240803
KDE Plasma Version: 6.1.3
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.4.0
Qt Version: 6.7.2
Kernel Version: 6.10.2-1-default (64-bit)
Graphics Platform: Wayland
Processors: 16 × 12th Gen Intel® Core™ i5-1240P
Memory: 31.1 GiB of RAM
Graphics Processor: Mesa Intel® Graphics
Manufacturer: Framework
Product Name: Laptop (12th Gen Intel Core)
System Version: A4

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
To temporarily hide the visual artifact, floating and defloating the panel
works. I don't know of a consistent way to cause the bug apart from rebooting
or restarting Plasma, but I'll update this report if I do find one.
