Oh wow, I learned about this feature today. JFYI technically it's not actually
tiling; it's performing a vertical or horizontal maximization of the window.
Not quite the same thing.
In general I wouldn't object to making it disable-able, but I have to ask: how
are you triggering this by accident? What things next to window edges are you
intending to double-click when you accidentally double-click instead?
