To summarize what I have found so far: If, immediately after launching the settings program, I go to the "Touchpad" page under the "Mouse & Touchpad" category, that page shows as blank. Thereafter, certain other pages show "Error loading QML file". I have not exhaustively determined all the pages that exhibit this error message, but among these pages are the "Display Configuration" page under the "Display & Monitor" category and the "Shortcuts" page under the "Keyboard" category. Interestingly, for at least some of the pages that display the "Error loading QML file" message, if I instead first go to those pages immediately after launching the settings program, those pages, as well as the "Touchpad" page from earlier, display correctly.
