Setting an ICC profile inhibits direct scanout, which will be the cause of the
problem here. The glitches could be caused by either the Vulkan driver or the
kernel driver, but I'll let driver developers figure that out. Please report
this at https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/drm/amd/-/issues
