The way I sugested may be considered a feature request but my sugestion isn't
the only solution as there are people more clever than me in KDE team that
could think a different and better solution to fixing this feature and making
it work for any number of monitors. This ticket isn't about my sugestion but
the problem as a whole.

Probably the way to deal with my sugestion is by opening an independent feature
request while leaving this issue open as my sugestion is an incomplete
solution.
