SUMMARY
Plasmashell crashes when you hover over open applications in the panel. (This
happens especially frequently in applications that play videos [Firefox,
Chrome, etc.])
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Hover your mouse over the application that is open in the panel.
2. Then hover your mouse over the icon of another open application.
3. Quickly navigate between icons with your mouse...
OBSERVED RESULT
Plasmashell crashes multiple times in a row.
EXPECTED RESULT
Plasmashell should not crash when hovering over open applications in the panel
