SUMMARY: G'MIC
Qt will not start 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. go to filters & select "Start G'MIC-Qt" 
2. -NA-
3. -NA-

OBSERVED RESULT
A window pops up with the message "The GMic plugin is not installed or could
not be loaded." This happens every time I attempt to load the Krita app, even
after a fresh re-start. The previous version of Krita 5.2.2's G'MIC-Qt works
fine.

EXPECTED RESULT
I expected the G'MIC-Qt menu to load

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: 
macOS: Ventura 13.6.9
(available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a terminal window)
Linux/KDE Plasma:

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-Krita 5.2.3 takes much longer to load than 5.2.2 
-Krita 5.2.2 has no trouble loading G'MIC-Qt.
