Nobara uses Wayland - it's basically a Fedora offshoot that includes many of the gaming packages (Steam, etc). All the other programs seem to work fine in dark mode. To be honest, KMyMoney seems to work just fine in dark mode with the exception of that pop-up after reconciling. Speaking just for me, I usually don't pay attention to that pop-up so it is certainly not a critical issue, but for others using KMyMoney it might be.
