SUMMARY
Start menu (kickoff?) doesn't open up for Windows button (meta?) press.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Load KDE 6
2. Press Windows button
OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens
EXPECTED RESULT
Start menu opens up.
I don't know whether the bug is in KWin or Plasma. Please, redirect the bug to
the right component if it's not the right one.
