                OS: Linux

  Target Milestone: 1.0

***
So when i boot my PC with my screen being off.. and turn on the screen later
the floating panel wont move to the bottom of the screen when launching an app
in fullscreen. It seems like only a reboot is able to fix it.
Sometimes it also seems to be caused when turning the screen off (meaning you
previously booted with your screen on) and leaving the computer for a while.
Then when turning the screen on later the issue might be happening as well.
However to reproduce it 100% of time for me it is best to boot with screen off.
