I taken a video with my iphone 12, set exactly to capture the same kind of
video type that one used to report this issue.
With the port of digiKam 6.5.0 to arm Silicon + ffmpeg 6.1 + Qt6Mutimedia
6.7.2, no playback problem (frames and audio).
The 8.5.0 pre-release PKG installer can be tested here :
