SUMMARY
Mouse cursor constantly flickers and sometimes disappears (when mouse is not
used). Only happens with compositor "on" under either wayland or X. With the
compositor disabled, it goes away. The "flicker" specifically follows the key
strokes of the keyboard when it is used. And it also flickers while moving in
between windows.
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: KDE Neon 6.1 on top of Ubuntu Noble (also happens on Debian
and Manjaro (arch) when Plasma is used as desktop)
KDE Plasma Version: 6.1.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.6.0
Qt Version: 6.7.2
