When adding a new track to a dynamic playlist it would be nice if there would
be a bias that prevents a track from an artist/album that is already on the
playlist.
I think the obvious place to add this would be the "Match meta tag" bias,
because that already handles the inverted condition. There is also the "Album
Play" bias, but that doesn't offer any negation of the condition.
