I can reproduce this problem here as well, also in other applications like
Kate, ..., but I can't reproduce it in GTK applications (like Gimp, Nautilus or
Firefox).
As far as I know the context window placement is done by KWin, so I'll reassign
it.
Can you please provide your KDE frameworks version and the KWin support
information by using the command [1]?
