SUMMARY
The first time i open systemsettings and go to the Sound page everything is
empty. I then have to go to another page and then back to Sound for everything
to show up. This also happens if you open the Sound page from other places such
as the pulseaudio panel widget and/or places which call the kcm in its
windowed form such as Telegram's system sound settings. Reproducible every
time.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open system settings
2. Go to Sound page

Page is empty
