You can modify it via ~/.config/kwinoutputconfig.json, this is how I went about
fixing it so I can login again.  I was thinking I would set it to disable HDR
on boot, then once login, have it change it, but I don't know what I'd need to
do to get it to re-read the config on change though, but both highDynamicRange
& wideColorGamut has to be false to be able to log into Wayland.
