SUMMARY
This happens with alacritty when it's full screen, and I am using Wayland.
Please see the video, it shows the issue properly. I didn't know what is
causing this, therefore I didn't to take logs.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open alacritty in full screen
2. Switch between different workspace

Linux/KDE Plasma: 6.1
KDE Plasma Version: 6.1.5

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I previously had a similar bug here
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=419235, although this was in krunner the
screen behaviour was similar.
