Bug ID: 494434

support for svg theming.

Platform: Other
OS: Linux
Status: REPORTED
Severity: normal
Priority: NOR

Where to advertise svg cursors
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open system settings
2. go to colors & themes -> cursors
OBSERVED RESULT
All the cursors look the same, whether only xcursor or supporting the new svg
method.
EXPECTED RESULT
Have a way to differentiate between themes only supporting xcursor and svg,
maybe with a badge, like the one added for new widgets. Could simply be a logo
as well, in the preview pane the x-cursor or wayland-cursor pointer preview
could be added depending on the support, the svg cursors could have both, since
they are backwards compatible.
Though when browsing for cursors in the "get new" panel, users would still need
a way to tell which supports it, for this reason a badge would be better, or a
new filter to show migrated cursor only.
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux: EndeavourOS
KDE Plasma Version: 6.2.0
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.6.0
Qt Version: 6.7.3
Kernel Version: 6.11.2-arch1-1
