SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Update to kwin6.2
2. reboot
3. log in
OBSERVED RESULT
Even if Plasma is still in HDR mode, my monitor falls back to non-HDR mode, I
have to enable it on my monitor every time.
EXPECTED RESULT
Just like Kwin6.1.5, let the monitor stays at HDR mode.
