System Tray behavior before and after
SUMMARY
System tray popup is misplaced when on the right near the top and is cutoff by
the top of the screen
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Place a panel on the right of the screen with the system tray near the top.
2. Panel should be:
Position: Right
Alignment: Top
Height: Fit Content
3. Open any of the system tray popups
OBSERVED RESULT
Popup's bottom is level with the bottom of the panel with the top of the popup
far off the screen.
EXPECTED RESULT
The popup's top should be limited by the top of the screen and forced down so
that it is all visible. Bottom of the popup should be able to go below the
panel. (like it did previously)
