Note: I'm not sure this is the right product/component at all, since this
affects more than the file properties dialog

With previous Qt versions, 'UTC+2' would be displayed for creation / access ...
This also affects e.g. konversation log files:
Before: [lundi 7 octobre 2024] [09:42:29 UTC+2]
After: [jeudi 10 octobre 2024] [08:58:58 heure d’été d’Europe centrale]
