To anyone who is still able to reproduce the bug, do you have OpenH264
installed? If you don't, does installing OpenH264 make the problem go away? I
found out that KPipeWire tries to use OpenH264 before x264 and unlike x264,
OpenH264 supports odd sized recordings.
