STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use a keyboard layout that is not English (in my case I use Slovenian
keyboard layout)
2. Try to set a new keyboard shortcut that includes special locale keys (e.g.
Ctrl+Ž)
OBSERVED RESULT
The actual keyboard shortcut key combination shown to be saved is that of
English layout (in my case Ctrl+\)
EXPECTED RESULT
The shown keyboard shortcuts key combination should show and use non-English
keyboard locale key character
