SUMMARY
After updating the plasma packages to version 6.2.1-1 and rebooting the system,
the login screen appears as expected. However, upon entering the credentials,
the desktop does not load, and only a CLI cursor is visible. After a short
period, the system returns to the login screen. This issue persists even after
restoring the system through Timeshift and updating again. When attempting to
login to an X11 session, instead of the CLI cursor, the following error is
displayed:

"startkde: Could not start Plasma session."

Steps to Reproduce:

    Update the plasma packages to version 6.2.1-1.
    Reboot the system.
    Enter credentials at the login screen.
    Observe that the desktop does not load, and only a CLI cursor is displayed.
    Wait for the system to revert to the login screen.
    Attempt to login to an X11 session and observe the error message.

OBSERVED RESULT
Plasma desktop session does not load, the goes back to login screen.

EXPECTED RESULT
Plasma desktop session starting.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
 The issue was reproducible after restoring the system through Timeshift and
updating the plasma packages again.
  No other significant changes were made to the system configuration.
  My system is now working after a restore, and I am not updating for the time
being.
  If any logs are necessary to help fix the issue, please let me know how to
obtain them.
