STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open the window used to create a window rule
2. click on "Add property..." button
3. search for "desktop file name" rule and add it
4. open the combobox related to the added rule whose default value is "Apply
initially"
OBSERVED RESULT
the menu of the combobox is misplaced. Please see the attached screenshot.
EXPECTED RESULT
the menu of combobox is correctly positioned
