Lanchpad plasma:
Using the mouse scroll wheel to scroll down is impossible because it scrolls
back up before you can begin the next scroll with your finger.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. click on launchpad plasma
2. scroll down using the mouse wheel
3. keep on scrolling until your finger cramps in a vein attempt to scroll down
OBSERVED RESULT
it scrolls back up
EXPECTED RESULT
a smooth scroll down
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: not gullible enough
macOS: no thanks
(available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a terminal window)
