STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Make kicker menu visible
2. Position the cursor over the pinned item on the left side (power action or
pinned app)
OBSERVED RESULT
Popup with the item name shown then hidden in a loop, see the attached video
EXPECTED RESULT
Popup with the item name is shown and persists until the mouse is moved
