STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Navigate to https://www.google.com/ in Chrome (v130 here).
2. Use Plasma's emoji picker to copy any emoji.
3. Paste (Ctrl+V) the emoji into the search bar.
OBSERVED RESULT
Chrome's UI hangs for a random number of seconds. Minimizing-restoring or
Alt+Tabbing seems to help unfreeze it sooner. In the end, the emoji might be
pasted or lost, forcing the user to retry.
EXPECTED RESULT
The emoji is pasted without adventures.
