Open any window with a KDE titlebar (e.g. Dolphin), right click the titlebar to
open the context menu, then enter the `Desktops` sub-menu.
Expected: there is only one item labeled "Move to New Desktop"
Actual: there are two items labeled "Move to New Desktop"
