menues without highlight
SUMMARY
Most widgets do not show the highlighting on mouseover
I am not sure but it seems to me that it started with the upgrade to Mesa
24.2.6
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Move the mouse cursor over an item, e.g. menus
OBSERVED RESULT
See attached screenshot.
The same happens in all other widgets (e.g. calendar, battery, etc.) except the
global menu.
The problem affects both X11 and Wayland.
