My hardware is an Optimus (Intel UHD graphics and NVIDIA RTX 3060) laptop with
a 144hz monitor, running on Arch with Plasma 6.2 Wayland and the Overview also
experiences the stuttering, while all the other effects (afaik) run smoothly.
