Can confirm on Operating System: KDE neon Testing Edition, with KDE Plasma
Version: 6.2.2, KDE Frameworks Version: 6.8.0, Qt Version: 6.8.0
None of the three screen settings: brightness, dim time, turn off time - do
anything, in either power mode.
Maybe this should be reported as a new bug?
