SUMMARY
Everything works fine, but if I close lib and machine goes to sleep say more
than 20 mins, upon resume it shows login screen and seems ok but keyboard is
not responding neither is mouse. I have left it for 10 mins but still it
appears locked up. I cant switch sessions (Ctrl Alt F1, F2 etc)
I hard reboot, and look at the journal logs there does not seem to be any
issues reported and it seems to think the resume is successful.
If I suspend laptop for a couple of minutes it seems to resume ok, just very
long suspends dont work, battery levels are good.
I note that the logs seem only to be recording a minutes worth, but I think I
am waiting longer before hard rebooting so it could be the system has already
locked up and stop recording the logs. Its not showing I am pressing the power
button, I think that would get logged and should attempt to start shut down.
I am running wayland and an AMD GPU.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Close lid on laptop
2. open lid after more that 20 mins, shows log in screen (SDDM) mouse icon
3. unable to type or move mouse or switch between sessions.
4. After a few minutes hard reset by pressing power button > 5 secs
