SUMMARY
At first, the Windows and Android apps connected and paired normally for a long
time, but since an unspecified point in time (within a few months), the Windows
app no longer even detects the Android client. Both apps have the other device
in their saved devices list. The Linux apps do detect it and connect
automatically, ditto with the iPad app (both ways)
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the Android and Windows apps at the same time
OBSERVED RESULT
The Android app isn't detected by the Windows app
EXPECTED RESULT
The Android app is detected, and connects automatically if previously paired.

Windows: 10 22H2
Android 13 Galaxy A12
KDE Connect Android 1.32.9
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
A similar app, Sekia/Seki seems to have the same problem for others and me.
