Observed error
SUMMARY
Can't enable HDR in plasma 6.2.3.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. System Settings -> Display & Monitor -> Click enable HDR
OBSERVED RESULT
Kwin freezes for a while until it allows mouse movement and displays a
notification saying "Display configuration reverted." HDR is not enabled.
EXPECTED RESULT
HDR is enabled on the monitor selected.
