SUMMARY
Not so long ago, Plasma introduced a feature that allows you to set a keyboard
shortcut to just one key (for example, Ctrl). This works fine in Keyboard =>
Shortcuts, but it doesn't work on the effects page.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open "Window Management" => "Desktop Effects"
2. Select any effect, for example, "Overview" and go to its parameters
3. Try to set the keyboard shortcut to a single modifier key, such as Ctrl or
Meta.
OBSERVED RESULT
The keyboard shortcut is not set (watch the video)
