SUMMARY
After changing the focus of Dolphin with alt-tab and back, sometimes user can't
drag a file. Pressing alt again while in dolphin resolves the issue
Issue is similar to https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=339399. Not sure if
it's the same cause.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open dolphin and some other app
2. Alt-tab between them and try to drag the file from Dolphin -> You'll see
that the header of dolphin doesn't get the correct color
OBSERVED RESULT
After changing the focus of Dolphin with alt-tab and back, sometimes user can't
drag a file.
EXPECTED RESULT
User is always able to drag a file
