I found that this happens when pasting some images or layers too, but only
those that happen to be the exact same size in pixels as the whole canvas. It
also happens on Android. The new layer appears on the bottom right of the
canvas instead of the top left, as if the top left-most pixel was located on
the middle of the canvas and then gets pasted there. However, using the "paste
layer" shortcut instead of the simple "paste" one (ctrl+v), this doesn't happen
and instead it is placed on the expected position. This has nothing to do with
"paste at cursor" command, which is a separate function
