In File Digger, if you look at the versions available for a specific file or
folder you will only see unique versions listed. So if you did not change the
file between saves, you will only see one version there. This logic was added
to assist you when trying to find a specific version of a file, you don't need
to open and look at so many versions only to find that many are actually
identical.

Purger has no such logic, it only lists the top level save times.
