That clearly isn't what I'm advocating. All guides should point
towards reviewboard. Baloo [1] clearly says all contributions should
go reviewboard. That is the consistency. However, if someone creates a
pull request, I'm willing to take the time to merge it, and not just
tell the person - here use this strange tool where you will need to
spend 10-15 extra minutes.
