If you want to pick it up at Akademy, the deadline to order (by filling out the registration form<https://conf.kde.org/event/9/registrations/29/>) is August 5th. Online ordering will follow after and run through Sept 20th. All the details, including mockups are on the website! While we're talking about being in Berlin: keep in mind there will be many KDE Berlin people to hang out with after Akademy if you don't feel like leaving so soon (and have some spare vacation time you'd like to spend with your friends). That said, hotels are going quickly so start booking (or asking your friends if you can crash on their couch) now. The matrix channel had some helpful tips for finding places outside the handful we listed on the Accommodation page<https://akademy.kde.org/2025/accommodation/>. If you haven't registered for Akademy<https://conf.kde.org/event/9/registrations/29/> itself yet make sure you do that (while you're ordering your tshirt ;)) so we have an accurate headcount for the fun Berlin things we're excited to show you! Finally, if you've submitted a talk and are wondering when you'll hear back about it: the talks committee is in the process of drafting a program schedule and emails will start going out once that's done/before the end of June.
