The time has finally come! Here's the last bits of info you need to know for
the weekend!

*Online Attendees:*
To access the talks, make sure you've registered to attend and then join the
Akademy Attendees matrix channel. We will be posting the links to the streams
and the matrix rooms for the talks in that channel throughout the event!

You can find the links to the matrix channel and streams on the Attend Online
page <https://akademy.kde.org/2025/attendonline/>!

*Folks who have already arrived:*
Tonight at 19:00 is the welcome event at Schleusenkrug
<https://akademy.kde.org/2025/welcome-event/>. We will have some tickets for
snacks, drinks, and your badges there!

*PSA: This weekend the Innovation for All conference is piggybacking on KDE's
popularity so public transit may be more crowded or delayed than usual* (it
also means the grocery stores are open on Sunday). Please budget some extra
time when planning to take transit or make use of any of the rentable scooters
and e-bikes throughout the city.

*Tomorrow!*
*The programming starts at 9:30am* make sure you're here in time to get your
name tag and find a good seat!

*If you are giving a talk and have not yet uploaded your slides do it now* or
put them on a USB stick so we can get it to the team in each room Saturday
morning. If you are having permission problems with the upload on the
conference page, send me the link to your contribution page and attach the
slides by 17:00 CET tonight and I'll upload them for you. :)

*We are still looking for volunteers* to be speakers support through the
weekend, especially in room 2 and to run the info desk! you can learn about the
jobs and sign up on the volunteer wiki page!
<https://community.kde.org/Akademy/2025#Be_a_volunteer>

*PSA: Cash is still king* in Germany so make sure you grab some euros from an
ATM in case you wind up at a cash-only restaurant or bar.

See You Soon!
