At build time not many issues show up really, but obviously there's commits missing. You can take a look at my commits in kde-runtime and kde-workspace to have a picture about the issues I found. Additionally, I suspect missing commits in kde-baseapps, as it doesn't build against the mobile profile anymore while kdebase did. A few commits regarding porting away from kgenericfactory seems to be missing, I didn't track down which though.
