Found the other one! The real thread begins in [1] when it was suggested to 
deprecate QtWebkit with 5.5 (which doesn't means dropping). It contains some 
interesting assertions, like Qt Creator people asking for an lightweight 
alternative [2].

Then things get more interesting from the distro-side in [3].
