I looked there, System Settings -> Multimedia -> Audio Volume -> Applications and don't see there any option for switching output device, only changing volume. Also I'm not only one who's wondering about this https://www.reddit.com/r/kde/comments/3igy0v/is_there_any_way_in_the_new_audio_applet_to/
