>From my point of view (Kooka maintainer, not to be confused with Jonathan Riddell), I'd be happy to make Kooka "released". As far as I am aware it is fully ported to KF5 and has no major outstanding bugs or issues. I'm assuming that this does not mean making it an official part of Applications, although it could adopt their YY.MM version numbering scheme for consitency. It would be better to be included in what used to be called Extragear (now Self Released?). I'll start to work through the review process checklist (https://community.kde.org/ReleasingSoftware), and then try to submit Kooka to kdereview - although that probably won't be able to be until after the summer holidays.
