Hi, I am not sure what you mean. If you are a student who applied last year I'd prefer if you did not send in the same application text like last year. But you can apply for the same part of KDE again. If you mean ideas from last years idea page: yes you can reuse them after talking to the listed mentor. Make sure it is still valid.
